Revivaly allows users to upload photos and generate short nostalgic videos using AI. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and cloud infrastructure.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Not upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Not misuse the Service for abuse, spam, or harassment
Content Ownership
- You own your photos and generated videos.
- You grant Revivaly a temporary license to process your content solely for generating the video.
- We do not claim ownership over your uploads.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Videos generated by AI may contain artifacts or unexpected results.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
Payments and Refunds
- Payments are handled via Stripe.
- Prices may change at any time.
- Refunds are assessed case-by-case for generation failures.
Access and Availability
- The Service may experience downtime.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operations.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer AI models
- Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Interfere with system integrity or security
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Revivaly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Revivaly is not responsible for losses caused by AI model behavior
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
