Do I get separate animated photos or a complete video?
One complete video. Revivaly animates your photos one by one and brings them together with your chosen music, a custom cover and a final message. No downloading clips and editing them in another app.
Do I need editing or AI skills?
No. Just upload and arrange your photos, choose music and write your messages. Revivaly takes care of the animation and editing.
Do old or blurry photos work well?
Yes, the video generator can work with very old photos with low quality. For better results, it's recommended that faces are recognizable.
How long does it take?
Creating your video usually takes 2-5 minutes after you confirm your order. The time can vary depending on the number of photos and how busy the service is. We'll email you a link when it's ready; you don't need to keep the page open.
Can I download the video?
Yes, you can download the video after generating it as many times as you want.
What if I don't like how a photo was animated?
Each pack includes free re-takes so you can re-animate any photo you want to improve. Music and cover changes are also free.
What if I'm not happy with my video?
You have a money-back guarantee for 7 calendar days from delivery of your video. If you're not satisfied, email support@revivaly.ai with the video or order details. We'll refund everything paid for that video, including purchased extra takes, even if you've already downloaded it. You don't need to use up your extra takes before requesting a refund.
What happens to my photos? Are they private?
Your photos are 100% private. Unlike free services, our business model doesn't depend on your data: we don't use your photos to train AI or sell them to third parties. You pay for the service, not with your privacy.
Is it safe to upload personal photos?
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and AI and infrastructure providers to process your files and generate the video. See our privacy policy for details and to request deletion of your data.
